Solicitor Dr. iur. Eberhard Frohnecke

Dr. iur. (Doctor of Law) Eberhard Frohnecke is a specialist solicitor for insurance law and also for intellectual property law. After admission to the bar in 1999, he was initially a partner of another law firm. In 2002, he founded the law firm Dr. Frohnecke & Partner together with his wife, Dr. iur. Stefanie Frohnecke. In addition to his areas of specialism, Dr Frohnecke's legal interests include construction law, press law and banking law which, as a trained banker, is of particular interest to him.

Dr. iur. (Doctor of Law) Stefanie Frohnecke is a solicitor specialising in family law, with a focus on divorce and divorce-related matters. She studied law at the University of Osnabrück before completing her doctorate, and in 2006 she was appointed Doctor of Law. In addition to family law, her main areas of activity include employment law (in particular employment protection legislation) as well as inheritance law.

Solicitor Dr. iur. (Doctor of Law) Christian Köpke studied Law at the University of Osnabrück and was admitted to the bar in Osnabrück in 1999. Having joined the law firm Dr. Frohnecke & Partner in 2015, he will serve our clients in Berlin, Potsdam, Brandenburg and throughout eastern Germany, maintaining a presence both in his hometown of Osnabrück and also in Potsdam.
